BarNone Manual

BarNone is a tool for matching and counting sequencing barcodes, such as those
produced by barcode sequencing (Bar-Seq), to a catalog.

BarNone uses inexact matching to match reads to the barcode catalog, choosing
the minimum Levenshtein distance.
